    Paxum is a huge scam. The only people who don’t mind putting up with the long waits and b.s. lies are the people who are trying to hide their money from the gov. I signed up to Paxum and emailed them the same day. I told them Ill be having some money deposited and would like my card by the time its deposited. They made me wait until the money was deposited before even allowing me the link to request a card. Finally $1500 was deposited to my paxum I filled out the card request material and since than they have been giving me b.s. lies. Its been 3 weeks since the money was deposited and still they are telling me b.s. lies. They keep asking me to pay 50 dollar fee’s for alternate methods of receiving my money because apparently their bank is having problems printing the card… Everytime I call its the same person and he always tells me there is no one else working. He always says the same line over and over “Like I said, we are waiting for the bank” It doesnt matter what question I ask that is the answer he says. Today I had another 1800 about to be deposited, luckily I was able to cancel the deposit and request a check.

    Supposedly Paxum is going to send me a check for the sum that was in my account. I doubt it, and honestly I’ve already got 3 various divisions of Law Enforcement looking into this case already. Luckily for me I come from a family of Lawyers and will not put up with Paxum’s un-professionalism / methods of scamming.

    By far the WORST customer service I have EVER endured…Been waiting 3 months for my master card through them (and this was after their rep’s assured me that my acct. would be held in high priority. Their rep’s don’t follow protocol cause they each have their own version as to where my card is, when it was printed and when it was shipped to my address…….

    No where in the fine print did I read that I would be expected to wait 3 months to receive my paycheck from my employer. So let me break it down for you.

    You’ll be waiting 2-4 weeks for them to confirm your on a corporate entities payroll. 2-4 weeks for them to “review” your identification/documents (which you will be forced to send in a min of 5 times for “verification”, another 2-4 weeks for them to print your card and again another 2-4 weeks for them to send it to you!

    What a joke!

    I’m a cam girl and first i was so angry at paxum because they didn’t validate my passport and they didn’t verify me, i had a lot of money i couldn’t use then when i finally got verified, (after 1 year) I apply for the pre paid master card, then i had so much trouble with the guys at DHL they didn’t got my address right i had to send it to a store and pick it up there then i finally got my card and now i can withdraw money but i can’t pay in any store besides amazon, and there is no ATM of paxum that i know i mean i can get now my money but every fee is just expensive, i mean 3 dlls per withdrawn, 2 dollars for commission, and 1 dollar every time i buy something. I’m ok using it but all i can say i wish there was an easier way.

    Paxum is more than a ripoff. I requested a mastercard and paid almost $50 for the shipping. Waited 3 weeks, 2 months, 5 months until today, never received anything. So I requested to send the money to a bank account through wire transfer using my wife’s account. Got an email that I need to send a document to verify account so I did scan my wife’s ID. After that, never heard of them for about 3 weeks now. I guess they do not want us to get our money. It is the worst headache I have known.

      i also have the same problem.. paid the mandatory annual fee of $44.95, been waiting for my paxum card which was “shipped” dec. 17. i contacted them again after 6 weeks, and they said that it might have been lost in the mail, so i need to pay an additional $7 for the replacement card and then they would ship it again – of course after 2-4 weeks depending on when they would want to ship it. they gave me another offer to pay $95 for express shipping +$7 for the replacement if i want it tracked. my point is – how am i sure they even shipped it in the first place? besides, payoneer only charges $65 for express shipping, an additional $30 is ridiculous considering that they use the same bank – CHOICE BANK. paxum is BULL! SO anyone who is planning to consider this as a payment option, trust me, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. i actually emailed RUTH BLAIR – AKA PAXUMRUTH for help, she emailed be back after forever and only told me that she will take a look at it, and then CRICKETS. WORST COMPANY. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE.

    FUCK PAXUM they have been trying to keep my money instead of paying me out. Stating all types of lies. That my bank is a business account and they dont allow business accounts? really a b2b doesnt allow business accounts? Well it was a personal account so they were already wrong. It was just an excuse to hold my money more. So what im expected to go get another account, the same type i already have, for them to do this again?

    Paxum is terrible. They are in Canada (in Montreal where most scammers work out of) so they feel they can get away with everything.

    I suggest you contact these people & report them – http://www.fintrac-canafe.gc.ca/ – 1-866-346-8722 or contact the Ombudsman, assuming Quebec has one. Quebec isn’t like the rest of Canada.

    Montreal is also known for their corrupt police department which has nothing to do with this, I’m just saying, it’s a fun, yet very corrupt city.

    Normally when their transfer is working properly, I get my money the following day after I start the transfer even though they always say 5-7 business days.

    EVERY SINGLE TIME I haven’t received my money the following day there’s been a HUGE problem & they end up having to reissue the transfer, but they won’t do it right away b/c they keep going back to the 5-7 days to defend themselves.

    I lost my rent money because of them.

    I thought the girl I IM with on Skype would help me, but she’s of little to no help as well. Every day I tell them I don’t have my money & every day they keep telling me to wait when they could JUST issue me the transfer again & hopefully I’d get it the day after.

    They never answer their phone number & they don’t let me speak to managers.

    They have also had huge problems with their processors & even when they are given options to fix the problem they ignore them.

    I had a problem with them in February of this year, then in April & now again in June. The stress of having to deal with this terrible company, not to mention the waste of my time when I could be working, is terrible!

      I want to join. Same thing going on with me. I had money transferred to Paxum about two months ago. I requested a card. The only that has happened is my balance went down by about $40, and then for about four weeks it said card “printed”, and for the last several weeks it has been saying card “shipped”.

    they claim to have issues with cards so they need to order new ones from the bank so it’s been 2 months without access to my money because mailing cards takes forever and now when i was hoping to receive my card any day ..i see they are printing a new one. this is crazy!!! if you have other options, DON’T use PAXUM!!! i don’t, so i have to take on their crap, but i won’t be for much longer!

    Paxum.com is not worth it joining, they lost one of my deposits. So I contacted them and asked them where my money was, they said there is no record of the deposit in their computer so they can’t do anything about it. So now I’m out all that money.

    Paxum are a con and a rip off …end of. Been trying to get my money out of them since May. All I get is lies and bull, delays and more lies. As for Ruth B Liar all she is interested in is keeping complaints out of open forum, she will say anything to shut you up publicly. They must pay massive amounts to get awards from the likes of AEBN and X-Biz as the service is the worst in the worst ever. So if you ever want to loose money and get ripped off go for Paxum….Thieves and liars the lot of them

    problems with again. I cant get my money from paxum card with ATM. And by now really bad thing is that all my attempts to get money from ATM with Paxum card were cost me $0.50 for each “transaction”. fock. $6 in total for me!

    Paxum commented this issue on GFY:

    At the moment, ATM withdrawals and POS purchases are not working via the Paxum Card.

    This is a Mastercard issue, and this issue affects other payment program cards, not just Paxum.

    We are in communication with Choice Bank/Mastercard regarding the situation, and we hope they will resolve the issue and return to normal service promptly.

    When we have any updates we will inform you.

    this site is absolutely infuriating. I have been dealing with them for over a week. they wont activate my account so I can get my money out that someone sent me. they keep saying my ID is blurry, and the bill I sent needs the issue date. Their authentication is crazy and their customer service is laughable. THIS SITE SUCKS. I’ve never had issues with paypal or other sites, this Paxxum is complete garbage!!!! They’re thieves who are trying to steal my balance and not letting me into my account to withdraw my funds!!!

    After lots of mailing and slow response time, finally my money is back in my account, with a msg from Paxum saying me CC didn’t accept external deposits although I know 100% sure they do.

    Luckily I found a different way of transferring my money from Paxum I started to use Paybis.com and transfer the money to PayPal from there i can transfer it into my banckaccount pretty easy.

    The fee of Paybis.com for Paxum USD to PayPal USD is 10% I’ve used them twice so far and I am very happy with their service I got the money in my PayPal account within 15 minutes.

    So, after i got my money back in my account, I’m willing to say Paxum is not a scam or a fraud, but still their service remains crap, and I still wouldn’t sign up with them again if I had the choice.

    BUt for everybody out there who cannot withdraw funds from their Paxum account take a look at Paybis.com, it made me very happy for sure.

    Paxum is under investigation of Romanian government since 2015 April, they raided a few big studios, and found 300 million euro in cash. In return the ANAF, the financial police of romania, made a deal with Studios and Paxum owner, Octavius, to open all accounts and MAP the whole transaction highway of Paxum and find more cheaters. The reason Paxum is still in business is cause they are part of a fraud investigation. Do your background checking, Paxum is a Romanian product and so is the management of the concept. If you trust them with your money you deserve to be robbed.

      Can you provide me with some links, especialy the ones where it is stated they are under investigation. Cause I contacted Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) and they do confirm that PAXUM is registered with FinTrac. When I read the terms of PXum it is stated that their CC-processor is located in Romania. see paragraph 3.11

      3.11 The client agrees with Paxum’s choice of credit card acquirer. The current processor is S.C. C Solution S.R.L., VAT: RO 14225658, Registration: J40/8552/2001, Address: Romania, Bucharest, Sector 5, Street Soseaua Panduri no. 71. The rates are available on the fees page. Paxum retains the right to maintain multiple acquirers and may change without notice.

    Paxum is the worst. As others have stated the waits for verification are ridiculous, the fees are huge and the customer service is horrible.

    They are now telling people they no longer will verify bank accounts for their “Low Fees”, your only options are to pay $50 wire transfer fee or pay the fee for their credit card.

    No EFT to bank accounts? How can you be a payment provider and not allow fund transfers to bank accounts?

    Customer service is horrible. Waits of over 24 hours for email response.

    Over 3 months and still have not been able to transfer funds without their extortionist fees.

    If you are thinking of using paxum to pay people who work for you online, DON’T. Your workers will be frustrated beyond belief.

    Paxum.com is the worst of the worst.

    I was thinking of using PAXUM until I made some google searches for any reviews. It seems after reading a lot of reviews from experienced customers that PAXUM basically operates to steal copies of people’s ID and their money under the disguise of a payment facility. Screw it, I’m staying away from them!

    I’ve just had 935 euros STOLEN from my account and Paxum intends to do absolutely NOTHING about this. The thief had accessed my account and without any security interference did he/she then transfer 935 euros to a changer4u.com account. Paxum will not reimburse me, so I can only say do not trust them with your money – no security measures whatsoever!

    Just a comment as I see there is a lot of hate and controversy with Paxum’s services. I was irritated with them at some point when they weren’t verifying my address nor Identity correctly. By the way Paxum, If I send you proof of identity and my address is on there as well, please feel free to freakin verify both. It took me two months to receive my prepaid credit card from them and I’m currently having problems activating it online. Other than the shitty service and long waits, it hasn’t kept my money from me, yet (now that I’m reading other reviews). I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone with low tolerance for bullshit. Thank you (:

    I have been waiting for 2 MONTHS going through support tickets every day trying to get verified. I have submitted multiple documents and they say my HAND needs to be visible, when it’s already in the picture. Are you kidding me? MY HAND? Also, it’s not good quality? The pictures were with one of the newest macbooks and looks PERFECT. I have hard earned money sitting in my account, and it seems to me as it will stay there. I can’t even get to talk to a real person about this. Paxum = Scam.
