4 years ago: I know Apple iPhone 5 is already in the market and 5s, and 6 would be out soon as well. However, I feel this is one of the products, which have actually been a revolution. Yes, it was quite expensive when it got launched, but it was worth the money. For apple users, they would find the phone to be unmatchable from its previous releases. Again, the new ones do not have a striking difference as well. Excellent user interface, amazing speed and unbelievable camera is what this phone is all about. I am happy owning this phone over anything at this moment. I might upgrade to Apple 6 once it is released. Heard that Apple will be making giant strides in that release too. Till then, 4s is my phone.

4 years ago: I consider this phone to be a waste of both money and time. The main reason being that the one I bought got hanged quite often. Its touchscreen interface was below par and after just a few months, it was almost impossible to use this phone. I almost felt cheated paying the money that I did for this phone. The only good thing about the phone is its camera, which you would get in any phone today. I would advise you to not go for this phone, even if you get it for free (I saw that some of the sites are selling its used version at reduced rate). It is not worth it. You might be better of not having smartphone than have this one.

4 years ago: Samsung launched Galaxy Note II as the successor of Galaxy Note but what I think about keeping at 5.5" display is not a good idea. Its too big to keep in your pocket. Imagine if you want to talk with your fiance, can you hold it for hours and hours continuously? I suppose you not. Smartphones are better if they are anything less than 4.8 inch diagonally measured display. What do you have to say?

The good thing is that its powered with Android operating system and it comes with dual core capabilities. Its up to the users but 5.3 inches is not a large screen.

5 years ago: I thought all the commotion around this tablet was all but marketing provoked. I thought it was just another sophisticated gadget. Any tablet would do the same, with basically the same straightforwardness and user-friendliness. I was wrong. Mobile phones and tablets exist by the thousands, and where I live people love them. I am no exception. So I ventured and bought myself a 7' tablet. Not an iPad... I was trying to make the most of networking and marketing possibilities, without spending as much as I would if I had bought Mr. Job's creation. To my regret, some marketing applications cannot be downloaded from Android Market, because my tablet is not compatible. The same applies to Amazon's Kindle reader... I would have no such problems with iPad. Or with a better tablet for that matter. Serves me right! Cheaper is not always better, especially if newbies get to choose their own gadgets!
